"The Key Lime Season is Shortening"

The limes of Mexico are in peak season right now, that’s why their prices are not as high as they where a few weeks ago. Generally, this peak last form March to August, although Daniel Gudiño, from SiCar Farms, has noticed that this year peak is more concentrated because it has arrived later and will end late July or August.

SiCar Farms cultivates Mexican lime (key lime), persian lime and lemon among other products. The season of the first two goes by around the year, with a peak between March and August. The lemon, on the other hand, are harvested between September and November,....
