Meet our talent. Meet Lupita, our Plant Manager in Veracruz, with more than 8 years of experience in the citrus industry.
For Lupita, the most exciting part of her demanding work is that she learns something new every day, from work in the field to the lime production process. The biggest challenge of her career has been bringing structure to the company’s administrative and operational processes and, at the same time, raising awareness of how important that is.
Even so, the fruit of her effort brings personal and professional rewards. As she tells us, every year the Veracruz unit is the best-performing unit at SiCar Farms, contributing in this way to increasing the company’s productivity.
With the experience she has gained over these years of service, Lupita is now committed to developing a support program for local growers so they can become our main suppliers year-round, an initiative she is currently driving forward. The women of SiCar Farms, Mexican women who excel in every field, are our pride.
